Mobius Foundation Information

Mobius Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting sustainability through education and empowerment. Since our inception in 2015, we have been committed to mobilizing individuals and communities to contribute towards the achievement of sustainable development goals (SDGs). Our flagship project, ICSE 2019, brought together over 700 participants from diverse backgrounds to discuss Sustainability Education. Building on this success, we established the ICSE FORUM, a networking platform for ongoing collaboration and idea exchange. Our impactful campaigns, such as "Mission Sustainability - Population Vs. Planet," in partnership with Zee Network and WION, shed light on the impact of overpopulation on issues like Climate Change and Biodiversity. Continuing our efforts, we launched VIRAM: Agenda Sustainability with India Today Group, telecasted on AajTak and India Today, focusing on sustainable solutions. In 2023-24, we expanded our initiatives with "THINK TANK," dedicated to public interest research and activism, addressing critical areas like climate change, education, and renewable energy. Additionally, our 100 School Programme emphasizes Girl Child Education and Empowerment in rural areas of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. Gyan Anant Vidyalaya (GAV) integrates sustainability into the core curriculum, providing urban school facilities near rural areas. Project Aakar in Uttar Pradesh focuses on raising awareness about Family Planning and contraceptive measures. Committed to environmental conservation, we have planted 10,000 trees and continue to expand our sustainability efforts.
