Mobile Recon Systems delivers on high value services currently out of reach for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) -- mapping, surveillance of commercial and military sites, search and rescue, transporting supplies, crane replacement at construction sites, emergency first responders, medical transport, inspections of all types, aircraft de-icing, land mine clearing, agricultural support, and border patrol. The needs in each of these scenarios can be met by UAVs, if they could address 6 fundamental current limitations: 1. Low lift capacity 2. Not reconfigurable for multiple uses 3.
