Mobile Fueling Solutions LLC ("MFS" or the "Company"), based in Morristown, New Jersey is bringing to market the Virtual Pipeline, a new technology to the United States that makes widespread conversion to CNG by America's fleet owners both practicable and economical. The MFS - Virtual Pipeline utilizing technology from Galileo is an innovative CNG fueling solution that employs existing stations and infrastructure to deliver CNG to fleet owners' locations in modular containers (MAT®) transported over the road on the Virtual Transportation System. Objective is to use the Virtual Pipeline to bridge the gap between limited existing fixed fueling station infrastructure and demand for convenient and efficient CNG fueling in the fast pace and growing CNG space.
