Our aim is to design studies uniquely tailored to each client. We draw upon a broad range of data collection methods selecting the most appropriate to answer a client’s research question. We use methods such as individual interviews, focus groups, abstraction from secondary data sources such as reports or records, and literature reviews. We employ a variety of analytic techniques including content analysis, thematic analysis, and mixed methods to ensure high-quality and insightful results.
