MMB is a public accounting firm that was established in 2004 to create a home for middle market businesses in the tri-state area and has since become the boutique firm of choice for the middle market. The firm was built with the mission of Making the Most of their clients' businesses. MMB offers the same world-class level accounting, tax, consulting and merger and acquisition services as large regional firms but provides an individualized attention that cannot be matched. "MMB", an independent member of the Crete Professionals Alliance, is the brand name under which Murphy, Miller & Baglieri, LLP and MMB Advisors, LLC provide professional services. Murphy, Miller & Baglieri, LLP and MMB Advisors, LLC practice as an alternative practice structure in accordance with the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct and applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. Murphy, Miller & Baglieri, LLP is a licensed independent CPA firm that provides attest services to its clients, and MMB Advisors, LLC provides tax and business consulting services to their clients. MMB Advisors, LLC and Crete Professionals Alliance are not licensed CPA firms. The entities falling under the MM&B brand name are independently owned and are not liable for the services provided by any other entity providing services under the MM&B brand. Our use of the terms “our firm” and “we” and “us” and terms of similar import, denote the alternative practice structure conducted by Murphy, Miller & Baglieri, LLP and MMB Advisors, LLC.
