Our main focus at present is lettings, we'll soon offer training for sales negotiators. Our network of property agents is growing every day, which means we can offer our graduates more and more job opportunities. Our trainees are continually supported throughout their first year of work. We heavily focus our trainees on their KPI's, ratio's and technical sales Trainees are also taught: - How to generate new leads - How to effectively qualify landlords and tenants - Negotiating and justification of a service - How to conduct and prepare for viewings - Closing techniques - Sales language, isolation techniques, buying signals - How to build rapport and first impressions
