These are often complex processes, which start with recognizing the qualities of each individual and introducing a little more structure. Taking people along by developing a good vision and translating this into activities that need to be executed in the short term. With 20+ years of experience in production companies in the technical, food and energy sectors, I am at my best with family businesses, DGA-led companies or private equity companies that are on the eve of strategic changes.
