MK Performing Arts Information

MK Performing Arts is an Atlanta-based performing arts studio founded by Michael Karl, an accomplished performer and teacher with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Belmont University. At MK Performing Arts, we are passionate about helping aspiring artists reach their full potential. We specialize in training students in the mix voice technique, with a deep understanding of contemporary commercial music (CCM) and musical theatre. Our Studio’s University Prep™ program is designed to prepare students for the most critical aspect of the college application process – the auditions. With over 2000 students trained from across the US and Canada, our students have gained entrance to some of the most competitive Acting, Musical Theatre, and Music programs in the US, including NYU Tisch, Boston Conservatory at Berklee, Ithaca College, Belmont University, University of Miami, University of Hartford, among many others. We take pride in our students' success and work diligently to ensure that they are prepared for every aspect of the audition process.
