MK Development was formed in 2005 as a real estate development and investment company. Soon after, our focus evolved to something we are passionate about: providing turnkey residential building projects that our clients love. We strive to create long-term relationships with our clients by delivering quality, sustainable, and efficient solutions to every project. Unlike other firms that may design a luxury home on paper, then hand it off to another firm to build, MK handles the entire design/build process. This means that our designers and architects will work together with you to create the vision for your dream home, then our skilled building team will execute on that vision, ensuring that all of the features and functionality come to life beautifully. On all of our projects, MK applies our unique life-cycle integrated project team approach, which avoids the pitfalls often encountered on construction initiatives. Combining our staff with great subcontractors, MK assembles and manages the right team for each project. We are the single point of accountability for our clients from initial planning to the day we turn over the keys. MK has built homes throughout the NoVA region with no two homes being alike. Each house is meticulously designed and crafted to meet not only the highest quality standards but the unique needs and tastes of the people who call it home.
