MJM401k is now part of SageView Advisory Group. (as of June 2021) MJM401k was founded by Michael J. Malone, veteran of over 30 years of the qualified plan industry, as a response to the need for employers to have access to objective, non-conflicted advice for their plans. Our senior consulting group was made up of nationally recognized experts with at least 20 years of plan consulting and investment advisory experience. MJM401k’s corporate headquarters was located in Phoenix, Arizona, and a branch office was located in Culver City, California. MJM401k’s sole business was providing consulting services to its 401(k) plan clients. These clients represented all major industry sectors, with plans ranging in size from several hundred to over 10,000 participants. The services that we provided to our clients included ongoing investment advisory, fee benchmarking and provider negotiations, plan governance support and policy statements, RFP and provider searches, plan design, plan benchmarking, employee communications, vendor management, audit support, compliance assistance, and participant education strategy.
