Mithril Consulting IO Information

Mithril Consulting builds custom internal software and practical AI systems for businesses whose workflows are too specialized, too messy, or too important for off-the-shelf tools. Most companies hit a point where the tools that got them started start holding them back — work scattered across spreadsheets, the same data entered three times, and skilled people spending their days on repetitive admin. We design and build software that fits how a business actually operates: internal tools, automation, and AI systems that remove the manual, error-prone steps and give operators back their time. Engagements start small and low-risk. A paid Workflow Diagnostic or AI Workflow Discovery maps where the friction is and what's worth building — so you get a clear, practical recommendation before committing to a larger build.
