The Joshua Tree charity supports families affected by childhood cancers across Cheshire, North West England and North Wales. We offer support to the whole family – patient, parents, siblings, and grandparents with 1-2-1 support, practical and therapeutic help to ensure that life remains as normal as possible during an incredibly traumatic time. Facing childhood cancer can be a devastating experience and its impact may last for many years after treatment ends. Every family’s experience and needs are unique and we are working with many families and schools to provide support that is tailored to their needs. Some of the areas where we can offer support include: Emotional Support including 1-2-1 support, play therapy and support groups or just someone to talk to Practical Support and signposting to sources of information, assistance and advice Family activities and events, half-term activities, a monthly Saturday club Supporting the child and their family in achieving the best academic, social and emotional outcomes both in and out of the school environment. This includes liaison with schools to ensure that staff receive information on how best to support a child with cancer or leukaemia.

Tree of Hope transforms the lives of sick and disabled children across the UK by supporting their families to fundraise for treatments, including operations both in the UK and abroad, therapies, equipment and home adaptations that aren't freely available on the NHS. Tree of Hope is passionate about helping families access the treatments their children need to thrive and develop by providing a dedicated family support service to families who are needing to privately fundraise. We work with families on every step of their journey from campaign set up, to fundraising and marketing advice and assets, as well as providing complete financial account management, providing donor reassurance and boosting fundraising opportunities through facilitating gift aid, corporate support and assisting with and providing opportunities with trust and foundation applications. Lennox Children's Cancer Fund is a UK charity focused on supporting families through childhood cancer with practical, emotional and financial support. We also provide respite breaks and have special projects including our "We've Got Your Back" Pack project which is rolling out across children's oncology wards in London and Essex. 30 Years of Support Since 1992, we’ve been there for families dealing with the devastating emotional toll and financial impact of childhood cancer. Our Mission Our mission is to support the entire family during their child’s cancer journey, from diagnosis through treatment and beyond. We recognise that families may struggle to adjust to their ‘new normal’ after treatment, so we support in bridging the gap that is left after the safety net of treatment is removed. Our Vision Our vision is for every family that has a child diagnosed with childhood cancer to know they are not alone, and that Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund are here to support them throughout the challenging and difficult road ahead.
