Mitchell is an experienced general contracting & mechanical contracting company, which was founded in 1972. Mitchell grew into the company it is today under the leadership of Cal Rosen, M.B.A, C.G.A, P.Eng who takes great pleasure in the achievements that the Mitchell team has gained over the years, such as facilitating in training some of the best and brightest minds within the industry. Since 1972, Mitchell has completed more than 1,000 projects as a general contractor & mechanical contractor that have included pulp and paper plants, oil refineries, oil pump stations, chemical refineries, water filtration facilities, sewage treatment facilities, water and sewage pump stations, power generation facilities, coal mines, marine vessels, and more. Mitchell works on both public and private sector projects across all major construction business sectors.
