Mitani is the ‘Secret Ingredient’ in some of Australia’s best-selling food and beverage products, from roast chickens in supermarkets, dressings on pre-made salads and even the seasoning on the chips for one of Australia’s favourite quick service restaurants. Our strong Research and Development capabilities mean that we’re not only able to effectively respond to a customer’s brief, but also conceive and develop innovative new products to help grow their businesses. The Mitani team ensure that all products have the required flavour and sensory profile and are able to be scaled up to mass production, while retaining the quality and integrity of the product. Our manufacturing spans three core areas – Frozen Extruded Products, Mayonnaise and Dressings, and Dry Blend and Pack – with the ability to deliver these products as value add items or products for private label packaging. We supply food products to a broad range of sectors within the food industry including: - Poultry, meat and seafood processors; - Quick service restaurants; - Vegetable and salad processors; - Bakeries, ready-to-eat meal producers.
