Mister Aerator® Information

As the founder of the Mister Aerator® franchise-type business, I partnered with my adult sons to provide a valid, low overhead, high gross profit margin business opportunity to individuals who wanted to provide professional, golf course quality core lawn aeration, fertilization, disease management, and de-thatching services to residential and commercial properties within a protected geographic territory. We successfully started, developed, and maintained a prototype operation in the Guelph, Cambridge and K-W area for a number of years. The Mister Aerator® business system is based on the recognition that a significant market opportunity exists for a widely neglected basic turfgrass technology that is essential for good lawn care. Our objective was to offer a valid business opportunity to qualified individuals who have the desire, motivation, ability, and the necessary resources to start and manage their own home-based small business.
