The Mississauga Symphony Orchestra was founded in the fall of 1972 after a group of local residents came together with the goal of bringing orchestral music to the city of Mississauga. With a combination of over 80 community musicians and professional section leaders, the MSO has earned a reputation as one of the finest community orchestras in Canada.
