Mission Equality CIC Information

The education-to-employment pipeline isn't working: Young people are being prepared for a world that no longer exists. Adults are navigating AI-driven workplaces without the foundational skills to lead themselves, let alone others. And almost nobody is building those skills deliberately. Mission Equality CIC is changing that. We're rebuilding the learning-to-leadership pipeline around the four competencies that drive performance, retention, and equality: emotional management, communication, leadership, and achieving equality. Not as a one-off training programme but as core infrastructure — built across two complementary pathways: 1. Community learning hubs: hyper-local, in-person spaces where teens and adults learn together, connected to local organisations and clearer pathways into the world of work. 2. A planet-building game: a first-of-its-kind digital pathway where players build real leadership skills, collaborate, and test ideas — with the best going on to be funded in the real world, beyond the game. For employers, this means a pipeline of people who actually know how to lead themselves and others. For funders, this means a replicable model with a clear theory of change — local roots, global scale, and a digital pathway designed to outlast any single funding cycle.
