Misericordia Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Information

Since 1943, Misericordia has been at the center of skilled nursing care in York, Pennsylvania. Inspired by the Daughters of Our Lady of Mercy, Misericordia serves residents with a unique spirit of compassion. Our facility has 50 beds situated in 14 private rooms and 18 semi-private rooms. Our smaller size allows staff to get to know each resident on a personal level. We have one of the highest staff-to-resident ratios in York County (each resident receives 166% of state requirements for nursing care hours per day). Developing strong personal relationships is the key to our person-centered approach to care and each resident is treated like a member of our family.
