With extraordinarily talented and award winning 3D and 2D designers, brand strategist, digital experts, copywriters, web site developers, videographers and more, our capabilities include brand development, trade show exhibits, permanent exhibits, digital marketing and marketing automation. We also have decades of experience in concepting, designing and overseeing the production of environments for museums, higher education, corporations and trade shows. Our clients include retailers, manufacturers, business-to-business services, non-profit groups, educational institutions, cultural centers and museums. Strong believers in giving back to the community and the industry, Crux has completed pro bono work for the Agape House Heals, animal rescue groups, Childrens's Hospital Wisconsin, Sinai Children’s Hospital and various educational and community groups. Authentic Designs has over 300 different models of handcrafted lighting on display in our Vermont showroom. We have fully equipped metal, wood, painting, wiring and assembly shops on location, where we create our standard and customized designs for retail, designer and architectural clients. Our lighting has frequently been adapted to work in European and international installations. The company was founded in 1966 by Danny Krauss, and today is run by his son Michael. Sources for our traditional designs have come from extensive research conducted over many years. We have worked with museums, historical restorations, private collectors and clients who bring originals for us to rereate. Our adaptations can be built for oil, for candle, or wired for electricity. Our shop is located in a converted wood pick mill with brick and slate floors, old wooden beams and many large original windows that look out over the Green Mountains.
