We provide hands on management to help small business owners and Not for Profits plan and achieve meaningful results. Our clients run successful businesses, so much so that delivering to existing clients and acquiring new ones takes up all their time, leaving little time for those activities that don’t directly contribute to either, but which are vital for providing a stable foundation for their business and thus peace of mind for them. They want to move their business to the next level, away from being a glorified job to a business that does not rely solely on them. However they don’t have the time, energy or inclination to get these non-core activities under control themselves but neither are they in a position to hire a part-time Manager as yet to do this for them. We ensure their hard work does not go to waste because a message got lost, a deadline was missed or an I wasn’t dotted by documenting, maintaining, communicating and implementing the who, what, when, where, why and how of the business as if we were on their payroll as a Manager
