Tertiary education systems are churning million+ graduates yet leaving a low single-digit employability rate, and on the other side, there are 1,000s of companies struggling with longer-time fill positions. We would like to bridge this gap with our job readiness programs. Mirai works with industries and academia to churn great talents. We believe in approaching the market with ready supply, hence reducing the time to fill positions for our Hiring Partners. Mirai is a platform that connects Trained, pre-validated and job-ready talents to employers. Open positions are managed with a large community of mentors and subject matter experts. Mentors at Mirai handhold candidates by developing relevant learning modules, and assignments to prepare candidates for interviews.
