Mintra’s learning and competence management system, Trainingportal, delivers our portfolio of over 2,000 compliance-based courses to more than 1.7 million workers worldwide. Every 30 seconds a course is completed with Mintra. Our OCS HR system has helped to control and automate complex HR tasks in the maritime industry for over 30 years, allowing operations to run more smoothly, and enabling the HR department to serve more ships and employees. With one system administrator able to manage up to 300 employees, OCS HR supports the operation of over 170,000 people and 1,800 vessels, from tugs to tankers, research ships to drilling rigs. With the acquisitions of Onsoft (2016), Atlas Knowledge (2018), and Safebridge (2021), Mintra is headquartered in Bergen, Norway and has offices in Oslo, Stavanger, Aberdeen, Limassol, and Singapore.
