The staff was amazing and the food was DELICIOUS. We had to do a mulligan anniversary dinner due to complications with reservations at another restaurant during our actual anniversary, and Mint Bistro was definitely the right place to do so. Thank you to our server Bryan and everyone there for making the night amazing! An amazing cocktail menu with some truly inspired beverages. A strong wine list and tap list. The sushi was absolutely first rate, and desert was stellar. Our bartender made everything with a flair and a good time was made by all. My gluten free wife was easily accommodated in every step of the meal. 5 stars for sure. One of the best meals Ive had was tonight at Mint Bistro. From the meatball appetizer to the haddock dinner with lemon sauce, and the crepe brûlée in a delicate edible basket. Everything was so elegantly presented with such amazing original flavors!
