MineStor's principle product, Reactn was born out of a growing need to provide feedback at the moment when it matters most. The moment when the service has been slow, the coffee cold, or when exceptional staff deserve credit. Capturing feedback via surveys and emails days or even weeks later is too little too late. Unless captured on the spot relevance is lost, both to the customer providing the feedback and to the business who wants to improve its service. Reactn addresses a fundamental question facing CEOs and senior management: “do you know what customers think of your service right now?” More importantly: “what are our staff doing about it?” Utilising a unique combination of technologies, Reactn captures consumer feedback at the exact point of service delivery. It then directs this insight to staff and senior management to address, enabling service-led organisations to constantly improve consumer satisfaction, operational efficiency and staff engagement. With so many of the world’s leading brands relying on surveys, email, comments cards and customer service lines to gather insight, we recognised a growing desire for a simple way of delivering comments and concerns, direct from customers’ smartphones, there and then. Our backgrounds in research and business insight, led us to develop Reactn from the ground-up.
