Mindstrong Information

At Mindstrong we offer one on one personal attention for every session. We see ourselves as personal coaches not trainers. We are with you every step of the way, through every physical session, and through every mental skills session. Every trainer is an Nationally Accredited Sports Coach and Certified Mental Coach so you can be rest assured you are in good hands. We train using body weight and a range of "equipment" commonly available to everyone. Why? So that once we've taught you the skills you need to become self-sufficient you don't need to spend a lot of money on equipment or gym memberships to continue on your way unless you want to. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with the skills to be your own sports/mental coach.....although we would be happy to keep you around should you want to stay! Every client is assessed using a variety of physical and psychological tools to custom make a program suiting their exact needs and requirements - whether those requirements are physical, mental or both. We offer one on one physical sessions of approximately 45 minutes or, if it appeals to you, we can run group classes for that extra bit of motivation. Our Mental Skills Training sessions are usually one on one only but can be tailored for small groups upon request. Our philosphy is that in order to live a happy and fulfilling life there must be a equal balance between mental and physical health and that each can have a substantial impact on the other. Fitness programs get you physically fit but this may not be all you require to reach that optimal life balance we all strive for. This is what sets Mindstrong apart...we use both physical and mental coaching to help you to be the best you can. As we are all different so too are the mechanisms that enable us to be our best.
