MindSpark is a UK-based CIC that exists to address the systemic inequalities that affect how children, young people and neurodivergent adults develop the cognitive and emotional skills necessary to succeed in education, employment, and life. We focus on executive function development, including skills such as emotional regulation, attention, planning and self-control. These are essential for learning and well-being, yet often underdeveloped in neurodivergent individuals and among those who have experienced adversity, trauma and toxic stress. We collaborate with schools, neurodiversity services, youth centres, universities and other charities to deliver executive function training, consultancy and interventions that enhance well-being and educational outcomes.
