All humans are social creatures and each one has a brain that evolved to move its body through the environment. At MindShift, we fundamentally believe in two things; movement and play! We’re super excited to bring our perspective to the greater Reston area where we can offer our new community the opportunity to experience firsthand the benefits of learning to safely move through the world in novel ways. We love kids - they get it! But we also love to share what we’ve learned about the benefits of movement and play with adults. We invite individuals to explore but we also cater to businesses with corporate team building events and wellness opportunities. When you begin to move playfully - your mind and body both begin to shift in a new direction - with the result that you start to view what you had previously considered obstacles as access points! As a community focused small business, we also look for corporate sponsors who are interested in providing our unique confidence building training opportunities to underserved populations.
