Mindscape Design is an award-winning architecture, interior design, and landscape firm founded in Surat, India in 2000 by Principal Architect Hiten Patel. In 2024–25, we were named the World's Best International Commercial & Manufacturing Architecture Firm at the International Property Awards, London the only Indian firm to win at National, Regional, and International levels simultaneously. Our work spans six countries across residential, commercial, corporate, industrial, hospitality, and landscape typologies. We hold two USGBC LEED Gold certifications and have been recognised internationally for sustainable, high-performance design. Flagship projects include Pararthyam a LEED Gold diamond processing facility in Surat that runs on 100% solar energy, harvests 7.3 million litres of rainwater annually, and features column-free spans of up to 72 feet. We believe architecture should be iconic, responsible, and deeply aligned with how people actually live and work.
