I am a certified and practicing Wellness Psychologist/ Corporate/ Soft Skills Trainer and Founder Director of MINDMIRROR– Centre for ‘Trainings/Psycho-Social Health Management Services’, Pune. Has been conducting Industrial Training Workshops, administering Psychometric Tests and doing Counseling/Psycho-Education in Corporate/Educational/Hospital sectors for Staff Screening/Recruitments/Training/Evaluation/Assessments since last 6+ years. Currently also a Research Associate for Internet Governance and E-Commerce with Diplo International Foundation, Switzerland. Has been an active member of many Social organizations/ NGO’s. Also doing regular write-ups for ‘The Indian Express’ on Corporate World, Mental Health Management and Careers and currently Consultant Psychologist for Radio Mirchi, Pune.
