Mindful Streams is a consulting and venture firm. The founder and President, Dave Kruse, has years of working with firms in the beverage, medical device, real estate and technology space. We love taking an idea in its infancy and growing it into a product. We also love helping companies find great customers and partners. The remaining About Us will focus on taking ideas and technologies and growing them. The process is similar to lead generation, marketing and sales for more mature companies. There are many ways to misstep along this process. We have made many mistakes. We want to help you not make the same ones. What mistakes have we made? We ordered an extra run of cans we didn't need, which pretty much bankrupted us. We did not push marketing and sales hard enough in many endeavors. We did not get proper documentation to verify that decisions were approved by a Board. We bought an old apartment building for too much money and had to scramble to break even. Luckily we had some good partners who helped us scramble with the apartment building. And countless times we have gone down a path hoping an idea will turn into something. But often realized it is not a good fit for us or it is bad timing or we lack bandwidth to turn it into reality. We understand what it takes to sell a product or an idea. It is not easy. But we can help make it easier. We can help you reach a strategic partner or an important customer. Or reach hundreds of important customers.
