MINDFLICS Information

MindFlics is an innovative digital platform designed by licensed psychotherapists and educational psychologists to enhance mental and emotional wellbeing in schools. Our evidence-based program focuses on Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) for students in grades 5 through 8, equipping them with vital life skills such as self-esteem building, emotional regulation, problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution. With a comprehensive library of short, engaging videos and predesigned curricula, MindFlics simplifies the integration of SEL into classrooms. Currently implemented in select schools, we aim to expand for the 2025/26 school year as we continue to collect data on its impact and efficacy.
