MindCycle Events Information

We offer bespoke indoor cycling events that are designed to get employees of businesses thinking and talking about their wellbeing and mental health. Following on from the success of the MindCycle Tour in July 2018, MindCycle Events aim to create a fun, participative and inclusive forum that achieves the following: 1. Attracts a broader diversity of employees than traditional mental health events 2. Provides an environment that encourages people to consider that we ALL have mental health 3. Highlights the connection of physical exercise and mental wellbeing 4. Creates a talking point in the public spaces of client offices, conferences and team building days We give business leaders a vehicle for championing the mental health and wellbeing cause in a fun and different way.
