Mind-Your-Head.net provides reflective supervision and school improvement services for headteachers, governance boards, school leadership teams and individual school leaders. Our reflective supervision offer includes one-to-one supervision for headteachers and other key school staff, peer group supervision for colleagues within and across schools, and support for schools in setting up school- or trust-wide supervision provision. Our school improvement services include the provision of partnership with governance boards and headteachers, team and leader performance reviews and evaluations, and bespoke services to meet the school's needs. Mind-Your-Head.net was founded by Dr. Keven Bartle who has nine years of very recent headship experience, eighteen years of senior leadership experience and nearly thirty years of middle and senior leadership. Keven is a Doctor of Management, specialising in the complexity of school leadership and the organisational dynamics of the education sector. He also has a Diploma of Group Analysis, with a focus on interpersonal psychodynamics.
