MIND THE WORK provides a sustainable solution for companies to make employees more resilient to stress. Through hands-on, down to earth sessions of yoga philosophy, mindfulness and meditation we offer a moment of rest to recharge and to clear your head. -MIND THE WORK INCREASES INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE Our sessions offer employees a moment of rest to connect with themselves. Relaxation creates space in body and mind. To restore that connection we focus on our own space. The light physical exercise stimulates blood circulation. Being mindful creates awareness and improves the concentration. This concentration enables us to be more effective at work. -MIND THE WORK INCREASES TEAM PERFORMANCE Our sessions reinforce collaboration and trust. During work you benefit from the built-up relaxation and concentration. A relaxed and motivated team can cooperate and connect better together than a team which is constantly distracted. -MIND THE WORK INCREASES EMPLOYEE COMMITMENT Individuals connected as a team strengthen your organization from within. This reinforces mutual respect between co-workers, management and the company as a whole. This results in a better work atmosphere and enables each employee to connect to their job, the organization and its goals. -A MIND THE WORK SESSION TAKES 45 TO 60 MINUTES AND CONSISTS OUT OF NO-SWEAT ACTIVITIES. Your employees only need to wear comfortable clothes. The sessions can be organized at a time most convenient to your firm's daily activitites. We suggest starting with smaller groups of up to 15 participants per session. Once everybody is familiar and at ease with our concept, we could increase to groups of 30 participants per session. After the session participants can go back to work easily and well recharged. We only need available office space. Mind the Work provides its own material to create a dedicated relaxing environment at your workplace.
