We are an innovative Swiss start-up based in Zug that specializes in the sustainable reduction of chronic stress and burnout and the strengthening of resilience. We offer a unique resilience program that tackles the root causes of stress directly - on an individual basis. Because the real lever to less stress lies not in avoiding stress-inducing situations or in stress management, but in changing how our brain reacts to these situations. Our empirically developed approach fundamentally changes the way in which stress is perceived and processed. This enables the development of strong and lasting resilience, as demonstrated by an fMRI study. With our resilience program we support both individuals and companies in effectively managing chronic stress and burnout.
