Mind Shift is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing competitive, integrated employment opportunities for neurodiverse talent. We partner with businesses to solve real workforce challenges by connecting them with highly skilled specialists on the autism spectrum. We are shifting the social and employer perspective on ability, emphasizing the cognitive strengths of people on the autism spectrum - extreme focus, detail-orientation, an eye for deviation - to create a workforce suited to repetitive, detailed-jobs that are critical to business success. These characteristics, combined with higher than average intelligence, and a strong desire to work, make them uniquely suited in highly specialized jobs in technology, analytics and more. With on-going support, our "Specialists" access their strengths and find their place in society! Businesses get access to loyal, focused staff to fill crucial jobs. Our original office was proudly founded in Fargo, ND in 2013.
