Mind Gardener Information

Martina & Susan are driven by a strong purpose: waking up the world. For over a decade they have been showing people how to be present, and focus on the things that really matter. They are passionate about reviving the dying art of paying attention, and believe that the precious but fragile gift of attention is the most threatened resource on the planet today. The distraction of technology is only the tip of the iceberg. In the absence of this technology, many of us are only too accomplished at allowing our attention to be captured by worries, what-ifs and wasted thoughts. Martina & Susan provide a simple path back to clarity. Their practical approach has won dedicated followers, many of whom have tried other techniques without sustained results. While paying attention is a fundamental human capability, it is rarely well understood or well managed. Martina & Susan reveal fascinating facts about the brain, and make the challenge of reviving the dying art of paying attention an exciting and positive journey. They pioneered mindful leadership in Australia, introducing their award winning Conscious Leadership Program in 2004. They are renowned for finding the right tone to open the minds of leaders to deep truths often missing in a business environment. This not only changes the face of leadership in the corporate world, but the lives of leaders themselves. They also deliver popular public and in-house programs. They have held senior management roles in organisations of 5 employees through to 20,000 employees, and are successful entrepreneurs in their own right. Susan & Martina are Hay House authors with three books: "Wired for Life" and "One Moment Please" and "Do Less. Be More".
