In addition to treating pain conditions such as headaches, jaw pain, carpal tunnel, sciatica, and strains and sprains of the back, shoulders, neck, knees, elbows, and hips, Chinese medicine can help relieve high stress levels and improve sleep quality. Eliot is also a part-time faculty member at the OCOM's Herbal Medicinary, the largest of its kind in the Pacific NW.
