Milton's Brewing Information

We have reopening in our new location in Late 2019. Milton's Brewing opened in our original location in the Summer of 2016 near the heart of downtown Carlsbad. Our old brewery and taproom features both indoor and outdoor seating for your comfort and conversation while you imbibe with a Miltons or one of our guest beer and wine selections. We create small batches on site to expand local tastes and culture, and the brews are available by the sample, flight, or pint and to take home in growlers. Whether you're coming to enjoy live entertainment, local and regional food trucks, or a hand-crafted beer, the experience of Milton's is unlike any other to be had in the Cavern City. We offer MILTON'S and guest libations in the following formats: Flight (4-4 oz. Tasters) Allows you to sample several beers at once to help you decide on your next pint. Pint (1-16 oz. Pint) Whether you enjoy a flight or skip straight to the glass, pints reign supreme at Milton's! Growler (Reusable 1/2 gallon Glasswares) Available for purchase and refill so that you may enjoy our brews off-site. 16 oz CANS Available for purchase so that you may enjoy our brews off-site.
