Milton Keynes Canoe Club Information

MKCC is a family-oriented and friendly club where every one is made welcome. We are not a competitive club - although we sometimes enter competitions and have produced national champions. We do however offer training opportunities in canoeing and kayaking for all adults and children (above the age of 8years) as well as a programme of day and weekend paddles throughout the year. The club holds weekly meetings from 6.00 pm every Tuesday and Friday from April to the middle of October at the clubhouse on Caldecotte Lake (South) , we also arrange a variety of trips further afield as well as weekends away throughout the year. From October to March there are monthly Saturday morning get togethers on the lake. Members with their own boats can also benefit from the use of the lake on specific days and times each week when it is available for other water users to share throughout the year.
