MILO (Modular Interactive Learning Outcomes) is an emerging AI-powered roleplay and coaching platform that aims to redefine how recruiters practice, learn, and perform. Created by three recruitment trainers, Charles Kyriakou, Naz Harrison, and Bobby Banerjee, MILO combines decades of recruitment expertise with the latest in AI technology to explore a new era of immersive, measurable, and scalable training. The idea behind MILO is simple: to make recruitment training more interactive and impactful by allowing consultants to practice real-world conversations, receive feedback, and build confidence, all within a safe, simulated environment. When we’re not onsite coaching teams in person, MILO will be there, helping recruiters continue to develop through realistic, adaptive AI roleplays & coaching sessions that keep skills sharp between sessions. We are currently developing the foundations of this platform, experimenting, testing, and shaping what the future of AI-assisted recruitment learning could look like. MILO represents the next step in recruitment development, where technology meets human performance.
