MILMAR Solution was founded with the idea of turning many years of experience of engineering and leadership activities in renowned global tire manufacturing companies into a "win-win" situation for service users and the company itself. Our main activity is providing comprehensive support in the process of extrusion of profiles for the production of tires: • Tool design (dies and pre-dies) for the extrusion process • Conducting "WET" tests and "Acceptance" protocols for machines and equipment • Preparation and management of the "RAMP UP" phase of machine production • Training of operators and technicians We evaluate the existing process and make suggestions for possible improvements, in terms of increasing production capacity, quality of extruded semi-finished products and reducing production costs. In cooperation with an external expert team, we also offer the evaluation of other production processes and quality systems with the definition of effective action plans for continuous improvement.
