Mimak runs a Direct Worker Voice platform that collects verified data straight from workers on their own phones, with no auditor in the room and no line manager standing nearby. Workers complete short surveys over 5 to 14 days, scored against ILO forced-labour indicators. The results feed directly into HRDD advisory work: gap analysis, risk mapping against CSDDD and the UK and Australian Modern Slavery Acts, and remediation plans a client can take targeted act on.
