MFM Fabricates and Machines large parts and assemblies. In our Fabrication shop we plasma cut up to 3″ stainless and flame cut up to 8″ carbon steel. We have plate rolling capabilities up to 1-1/2″ thick and angle rolling of 5/8″ x 3″. We can turn parts up to 14′ in diameter with large Horizontal and Vertical boring capabilities. Our lathe capacity ranges up to 82″ in diameter and we are equipped to cut gears up to 90″ in diameter. We also provide patterns and machined castings in steel, cast iron, bronze, aluminum, ni hard, ni resist, stainless and many other alloys. MFM's capabilities focus on Custom Fabrication and Machining of parts weighing up to 30 tons. We provide both ASME and non-ASME tanks, skid packages, vacuum systems, ground wood parts, re-conditioning and repair as well as new parts and capital projects along with many other services.
