MILLIBEAM is a fabless semiconductor company designing RFICs, MMICs, and antenna solutions for demanding RF and mmWave applications across edge, defence, satcom, and 5G mmWave markets. Our products span three portfolios. HEAVISIDE. GaN MMIC power amplifiers and RF/mmWave components covering DC to 40 GHz, including LNAs, beamformers, transceivers, RFICs, and antenna-in-package modules. Built for systems that demand high linearity, efficiency, and thermal headroom. FARBEAM. A dual-connectivity 5G platform that combines a wide-band beamformer IC, a multi-band FR1 and FR2 transceiver IC, and a matched pair of antenna-in-package devices. Concurrent operation across 3.3 to 4.1 GHz and 26.5 to 29.5 GHz delivers 3.9 GHz of usable bandwidth, the widest in market and well suited to non-contiguous carrier aggregation. With 5W at the antenna in FR1 and 1W in FR2, FARBEAM supports adaptive beamwidth, FR1 redundancy for FR2 coverage, and class-leading energy efficiency for low total cost of ownership. PHASEBEAM. A cost-effective, low-power FR1 5G platform built around a multi-channel 2x2 MIMO transceiver. Targets handsets, fixed wireless access, and terminal equipment where power budget and BOM cost matter as much as RF performance. Headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
