Miller Legal Partners PLLC was founded upon the experience and vision of the Principal Member and Founder, Sam Miller, who practiced at a large national firm where he grew a multi-million dollar practice in which he represented clients from individuals to Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes litigation, intellectual property and commercial litigation. These same clients remain the bedrock clients for the firm today. Miller Legal Partners PLLC is growing team of attorneys focused on providing creative, tenacious, and solution-based representation to a select group of existing and new clients. Our attorneys'​ core expertise is in solving intellectual property and technology legal problems where we have hard-earned expertise in false advertising, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, contracts, and other technology-related matters in courtrooms throughout the United States. Our attorneys have been lead counsel in over 150 cases and have actual experience taking cases to injunction hearings and trial in state and federal courts through the United States and arguing appeals before both state and federal appellate courts including the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. We intentionally keep our litigation teams lean to ensure that our clients receive personalized attention to their matters and their key objectives at the forefront of all strategy. Although our core practice continues to be intellectual property and technology litigation, Miller Legal Partners PLLC also takes unique cases outside those areas, on both billable and contingency fee bases, that are complex and require a level of tenacity to obtain our clients'​ objectives.
