The two original companies each had a long history in the electrical contracting industry. Adams Electric was established in 1948. At the time of acquisition, Adams Electric had forty-five years of experience in residential and commercial electrical work. Ron Miller Electric was formed in 1975 and had eighteen years of commercial and industrial performance in the electrical industry. The 1993 acquisition resulted in a combined sixty-three years of corporate experience and established a deep customer base for the resulting corporation.
