Established in 2010. The Mille Ptes boutique and restaurant has been open since 2010. All the food on the menu, including the bread and desserts, are prepared on site every morning. Between 30 and 65 lbs of pasta are crafted daily just for our customers and many homemade products are available for you to take home (sauces, fresh pasta, pesto, and frozen meals, like lasagna, raviolis, etc.). Owner Paul dedication to great pasta and his desire to serve you better grow every day. It is our pleasure to share our passion with you. Bon appetit. We have been running now since 2010, started with 12 place sit down place and counter for fresh pasta, sauces and pestos, frozen products such as lasagnas, manicotti, raviolis, canellonnis...ect....We now have expanded to 40 place sit down, open seven days a week for lunch and 5 nights for dinner.
