Millbio North America was born in 2021 as an American affiliate of the Millbo group which finds its HQ in Northern Italy for over 40 years. The group focuses on the development and production of highly innovative, clean-label and all-natural solutions for baking and food & beverage applications. Millbio specializes in natural preservation and mold inhibition for a wide range of food applications. Our Fermented Flours and Rowan Berry extract offer new unique clean label shelf-life solutions. Innovation and flexibility to create tailor-made products are the keys to the group’s growth and success: our in-house production of traditional Italian Sours and Enzymes complements the product portfolio.
