MildmayKENYA supports the delivery of holistic and sustainable health care services to communities through community participation and a strengthened health system. Our day-to-day work focuses on enabling people with poverty and disease to have life in all its fullness. A Christian NGO since 2003, we focus on improving the health of women and children and their families through active and meaningful involvement of beneficiary communities. We are dedicated to building local capacity to fight HIV through offering specialized training, education programmes and technical assistance to health workers in government institutions. Our mission is supported by strategic objectives that are achieved through efficient, cost effective and transparent management that is accountable to donors and beneficiary communities, and that can be evaluated for impact. We actively engage in research, advocate for the rights of those living with HIV and seek strategic partnership with the government, global donors, national and local organizations for coordinated and comprehensive responses to the HIV pandemic. Our Vision: A world where everyone with poverty and disease can have life in all its fullness.
